The buyer name and name of register must be the same. You must be a MT resident for the sale of a hand gun.  You must be 18 to purchase a rifle/ 21 for a hand gun- Automatic background delay.  You must be able to pass the background check. All sales are voided if the requirements are not met.  Credit Cards are not accepted for firearm purchases.
